Buying Simple Web Design Modification

    Hello,

    I have a website that requires a simple modification.

    Currently the header and footer are seperate on each page so you have to add changes to each and every page. I require a single file for header and one for footer that can be added to any page and when modified will update all pages.

    If you can do this please PM the time and price.

    Note:

    - Must have a portfolio
    - Can be on MSN
    - Reasonable pricing
    - Able to code validated html
