In the good old "clan" days i used a Logitech mouse, but after that i stepped on the Razer copperhead train and have not left it. It has many buttons you can easily script for ingame functions and the mousepad that comes with it is "fast". You also get 4 "carbon" strips to stick on the contact points for better movement. I dominated alot with this mouse in UT3

I use a Logitech G5. It’s an old design but it’s a great one. Right-handed with a smooth shape, there are nine buttons on there that can all be programmed. Definitely my top gaming mouse for World of Warcraft.

Any Razer mouse will do. They are pricey but are definitely the best in the business.

It's really between the Logitech G500 and the Mionix Naos 5000. Both are comparable in almost every way, including price. The Razor DeathAdder is really good too.

All others suck or cost twice as much.
