    Adobe After Effects is good but not easy to use. I recommend Sony Vegas ;)

    I use Photo MovieTheater. it can help you make photo slideshow album
    with background music, caption, narration, illustration, effects and so on.

    I agree with Nitros. After Effects is for more pro use. Vegas is easy to learn and use, and can produce wonderful results.

    I'd like to recommend AVS Video Editor to you, I always use it to edit video and make funny video for uploading to Youtube, it's easy to use and the quality is awesome, you can crop, cut, join, edit video with it easily. It also embeds many special effects, you can even add text to video or add background music, that's pretty cool. It worth a try

    You can try VideoCharge Studio as well. I know that it software can do it. and it very easy with VideoCharge Studio :)
