Hi everyone.... i need help here to complete my final reports... What is Low Fat and what is non fat? And which kind of foods or drinks you prefer to consume,is it with 'low fat label or non fat label'? and why? thanks before
low fat means low in fat, non fat refers to those foods or drinks which have absolutely no fat. like we have low calorie food and 0(zero) calorie food. For personal consumption, currently i am preferring non-fats because i am trying to loose some extra weight.
I try to stick to non-fat and low fat foods.....Many foods have always been no fat but, now they print it on the front of the label to sell more...... I also drink no fat beer.....
no fat means that there's no fat in it and I agree with revisitors to keep a balance between the two of them
In many low-fat and fat-free foods the fat is replaced with sugar, flour, or other full-calorie ingredients, and the reduction in caloric value is small, if any. Furthermore, excess, digestible sugar, as well as an excess of any macronutrient, can be stored as fat. I think you must check these out : hubpages.com/hub/Crockpot-Cereal
Low fat that is they are fatty and to take pracations not to eat oily/milky items to increase more fats , but non fats its clear slim and healthy body and will take non faty item like fruits, vegetables etc.
