You can't be serious about that. Checking your web rankings is absolutely normal and does in no way violate any terms.
I am sure this has probably been posted before, but I had some annoying problems with google. Had been having spamming clicks set on my ads, and people (I am guessing purposely) generating so many clicks on the ads that it was clear it was not standard traffic. Had my account terminated, and that was the end of that. Quite a sad flaw in the adsense system, I think.
Dear BasedSolutions, These tips are for Google's search engine & not Adsense. Site's will be deindexed from the search engine (can jeopardize your adsense account too) if spammy methods are used. Thanks, nevertheless.

That account tips doesn't protect people from clickbombers. Nor does it protect people from having Google incorrectly believe you fraudulently cause invalid clicks you don't cause.
It appears there's a mix up here between avoiding getting banned from google ad sense & a drop in SERPS by Google search engine.
