I'm looking for professional sales/landing pages.
Not some website designs. Not some Wordpress themes.
Just some professional 1 page sales/landing pages.

Is there a website selling this (like Template Monster)?

A kind of. Like clickbank affiliate products sales pages.

Some templates I can customize. Wordpress themes would be OK too in fact.

I googled but I just found horrible old templates.

 

yeah, those types are called minisite templates.

i've also been contemplating on using wordpress
for my mini-sites, but it's just a pain customizing
OR editing those templates.

but anyway, try and g00gle *free minisite templates*
you might find something you like. if not, lemme
know. i might have something buried in my hard

Find a free PLR resell site and download one of their free products. Inside should be a sales letter that you can then edit for yourself. If you want a great 'editor' try Kompozer.com (it's free and you can open your page in - notebook, IE and Firefox to see what it looks like. I use it and love it.

 

The issue is professional sales / landing with nice/fresh/efficient design

 

You could go to freelancer.com, and post a project about this i'm pretty sure your find someone to help you there.
