Buying Will Pay High Multiple for Sites With ClickBank Income

I want to buy a site that has its own clickbank listed ebook(s), aweber account, email database, adwords campaigns, article site accounts, etc. Basically a fully-functional affiliate income earning site.

You will give me everything I need to run the site, and I will pay you a multiple of the average monthly earnings I make in the first two months.

How can you trust that I will report the correct earnings?
Very much like I would trust a seller to report the correct earnings.

Why would you sell it if you are earning a good income?
Because you want the money today, and not over the next many months.

    How much would I pay?
Usually people talk about paying 10X to 12X of monthly net profit. I will pay more.

If I understand you correctly, then what you have said is contradictory.

If the seller is desperate for the money, they would want the money today, not in 2 months :) (if you will pay a multiple based on 2 month's of earnings).

You just need to trust the seller is reporting the correct revenue.

I am looking for a seller who would prefer to get the money 2 months from now, instead of NN months from now. If that does not appeal to the seller, then so be it.

It is not only about trust in this case. The seller has to help me understand the ropes.

But getting back to the purpose of this BST thread, do you want to sell me a site dcristo, or have you simply chosen to provide me with some feedback? :)

Providing feedback and trying to make you aware that what you are requesting is not practical. The seller would have to be crazy to change all aff links etc so you can start earning and verify revenue, when you haven't even made a partial payment. I'm pretty sure I am speaking for every seller when I say this.

Thanks for the feedback. :) It is not only about revenue verification or trust. It is as much about continuing the business of revenue growth.

Just like I have financed purchases before (and have been offered financing for purchases), I am hoping that there would be someone who would like my deal. In the "real" world, i.e., the brick and mortar world, I have often seen such deals; deals based on forward earnings.

Of course, it is possible that no one is interested. In that case, so be it.

    Hello Ajeet,

No offence. I completely support what dcristo said. The brick and mortar world and the online world is very different. I hope you understand that fact. I dont think anybody would be interested in your proposal. Here is a suggestion. Make some trade, maybe like you give your site to someone else and do that same the other person has done for you. This would be good only if you want a niche change or something. I wouldn't suggest you waste your time with such requests here. If you receive some, be very careful.

    Thanks
