That's an understatement. When talking about SEO, SERP ranking is the most important thing. Everything else just feeds toward an improved ranking.

Any outbound links to another site will hurt your PR, since that's outgoing PR that you can't funnel back to your own pages. It makes no difference if the receiving page is a PR0 or a PR10.

If they were trying to say that IBLs from a PR0 can hurt you, then that's just silly.

 

Certain crappy backlinks might not help you much, but they can't help you.

Think about it... for some of you who claim PR0 backlinks hurt your PR or SERPs, that means a competitor can knock your site down by linking to you from PR0 sites? That just sounds silly and ridiculous.

 

Whatever you do, don't use the same anchor text in those 1000 backlinks. That will definitely get your site banned from Google (unless it's an aged site)

 

if you need traffics then you know every back links will give something. if you want to increase page rank only then pay for PR links. But SERP doesn't effect PR0 links this is true.

They won't do much, but you can get free traffic from them. Some people might discover your site from those links as well.

 

I am still confess here becasue all replies and not same. everyone talking different method so what is right or wrong? I made 200 blogs for a website and publish one or 2 article on them. you know all are pr0. After some time they index by google and I post links on them.

If the sites are not indexed, or de-indexed or supp-indexed it will do no good. If they are indexed and the post you get your link on gets indexed, then it will be a benefit.

 

first of all pr does matter no matter what anyone tells you. other wise google would get read of it all the way fricken morons. for blogs just depends if they are jucy then your serps will go up if not they they suck. Look at the reviews on what people are saying before you buy usually gives you a clue
