    Not entirely sure what you're asking, but if you made a site like that, you're pretty much guaranteed a call from some broadcasting studio's legal department.

    Yep that all it takes, make a site and allow people to download songs and videos illegally. Most web hosts pay you for all the traffic and bandwidth your site gets/uses.

    In all honesty you are gonna have to come up with a more realistic, well thought out approach if you have any chance of making any money.

    In order to supply users with the download of music and images you need licenses. These licenses can cost millions. If you do this illegally as you will most definitely get sued to the stone age by the companies that own the music.

    And none websites earn money when they get visitors, only if your visitors become customers and buy your products.
