    Hello,

    I need a logo for a swedish marine engineering website. I have a rough idea of the icon that could be used (you don't have to use it though):

    Anchor made out of mechanical parts

    Requirements:
    • Must contain "sjoingenjor.se".
    • Must have an icon/picture/figure that can be associated with "marine engineer" (anchor, pistons, whatever).
    • Vector graphic.
    • Colors: Your choise. However, there should be a black and white copy as well.

    The contest closes in 72hrs, I reserve the right not to pick a winner (I need to be able to fall in love with what I see before I can do that :p).

    Payment via paypal.

    First of all guys, please refrain from using ö insted of o.

    Chewysmom:
    I like the cog part, but anchor need some work (that round part is kinda wierd). Also did you deliberately use .es insted of .se or is it a simple mistake? :)

    onlyfights:
    I like the anchor (perhaps simplify the piston a bit more), but it feels as like the background orb is a bit to much.

    The anchor looks nice (the color is good), but it doesnt reflect the "engineering" part in any way.

    My apologies that I somewhat abandoned this thread. I simply got discouraged since noone really went in a direction I was looking for. Even though some of the work is nice, I simply didn't get that "that's the one I want!" - feeling.

    Therefore I will not pick a winner. Again, my apologies that I made you waste your time guys.
