I am curious to know more about those that use mods for WP that deal with auto blogging. Does anyone here use it? Does it work? Do you think it is effective? Does anyone make any $$ from auto blogging? I would think since the auto blog is pulling content from elsewhere on the web, then it would be seen as duplicate content... What do you guys think?
To add to your point about duplicated content - what about copyrighted content? how do you know what you are automatically blogging about is not copyrighted especially images? Whats the risk here?
Well, I do own an Autoblog and it is making me Nice money Well, It is duplicate content.. but google is always indexing new and new pages of my site
I use autoblog and make some penny.... and for duplicate content, sometime I rewrite by self before posting..
Nice to know someone who make profit from autoblogging. It's a dillematic issue for me wether you choose autoblogging or generate content by yourself. WPRobot nowadays is very sophisticated which could take any content from various feeds. Congrats for you bro extremephp. As for me I am still learning and doing all my articles by myself (of course taking the news from other source.)
Ahhhh... Auto-blogging.... Let me tell you one thing, auto blogs are great! BUT, they need to be set up correctly. And this is a must. I've got a couple of autoblogs earning me adsense revenue, amazon revenue and building me automatic email lists for further promotion. Basically I've got a very dynamic set-up, allowing me to transform the blog in minutes in order to monetize on a specific traffic channel. I'm not even really dependant on google, although I'm getting some nice googel traffic too. Couple of things, duplicate content is nothing but a myth. Never had a problem with it. Google doesn't care either. Just set it up correctly (took me some time to figure out) and you are good to go. Regarding copyright, just make sure to give credit to your sources (wp-robot and other autoblogging plugins do this automatically). Most important thing, make your autoblog look like a regular blog. You know, invest in some nice theme, get yourself a logo, don't push out more than 5-7 blog posts a day, stay on topic, etc. Diversify your traffic. Best thing about autoblogging: backlink creation is automated too (if you know how to do it). My advice, to everyone, get yourself an autoblog, connect it to g-analytics and start experimenting. I'm selling some established auto-blogs of mine, PM me if you are interested, I'll give you all the details!
I personally do NOT "auto blog". It`s not attractive for me. When I sit in front of my laptop, and write a nice article in NotePad...that`s life ... I don`t see why use auto blog content when you have time to write article alone and it`s more interesting then anything else.
Well mate, you are right in some regards. It's great to have some manually managed sites. I've got two membership sites, which I manage manually and engage in some hardcore quality control. But it's also nice to have 30-40 autoblogs, running on autopilot, making you some serious bank. You can't manage them all by yourself, hence the autoblogging. You should try it out.
I love autoblogging. If done right autoblogging will drive a lot of targeted traffic to your affiliate / CPA offers and that means money Just find a niche that is not heavily saturated because ranking high in the most competitive niches with autoblogs is pretty much impossible.
I own some autoblogs, and it makes me a few $ every day. You need to worry about it one time (to set it up correctly), and then it's just earn
OMG!! `used to have hundreds of those eons ago. but they've only generated me few pennies a day, so i just abandoned them. could've probably done better but i guess it's just something i wouldn't wanna do everyday. you have to constantly building them and getting links.
I currently have over 30 automatic blogs that earn me a substantial income. I agree, automatic blogs have to be set up correctly. The biggest advantage is they save time and energy. The Duplicate Content penalty so many people worry about is in fact a myth. My automatic blogs have PR ranging from PR1- PR4 and tons of back-links. If you'd rather spend your time sitting in front of your computer struggling to write unique articles, that's your choice. While you're spending time to research, write and post an article, my blogs are automatically posting relevant niche related content; not to one, but multiple blogs. These blogs can be monetized with Google Adsense, CPA or Affiliate Offers. I created a short report that gives the basic details. Visit my profile for the link...
Care to elaborate on this? What brings you to this conclusion? Sure, auto-blogs won't make you a millionaire but they do bring a comfortable income into my pocket. Nothing to brag about, but this is as close as I have come to a true "set-it-and-forget-it" system. Funny thing is, I'm not even dependant on Google any more. Just in case the big G does decide to slap my auto-blog "empire" (highly unlikely, since these blogs do provide value to visitors. I'm not setting up spam blogs after-all), I've got thousands of people following me on twitter, facebook and other social outlets. All gained automatically through a clever set-up. So whats the deal man? Whats the basis for your prediction? Cheers
Initially, you might make more money. If you have your blog linked to more than a single blog, you will get more money and traffic. Source : Personal experience
I see a lot of autoblog site is using subdomain. Can anyone tell me why? Example of successful autoblog is http://blog.taragana.com owned by indian. its ranked 1000 on alexa. I bet he already made million dollar cash. ALSO: if you open his site using www.blog.taragana.com it will not work. I wonder if this some kind of tips and tricks for autoblog website. I believe there so many hidden tips out there for autoblogger but they dont want to share.
This is simply done to safe money. Auto-blogging is all about quantity, so you will need to have a couple dozen autoblogs before you begin to see substantial profits. Of course you would need to have some kinda mixed setup going, different class C IP's or something similar. To cover your tracks. Otherwise, Google will come down on you like a ton of bricks. A ton of angry bricks!
