How can remove some other sites urls (which mentioned negatively about my site) in google? suppose someone search for my site. www.mysite.com or mysite.com the consumer complaint page is appearing just after my site, where someone deliverately written negatively about my site. Any Idea how can remove this url?
As far as I know, you can't remove that site unless you contact the webmaster and ask them to remove it for you. Of course, you should have a real case here before asking for removal. If the website in question does feature factual information, then I'm afraid your hands are tied and you won't be able to do much. More info on this?
It is depends on how authority status of that website. If they are like Ripoff Report then I would say it almost impossible to beat them or outrank them easily. You may consider these ways 1. Send them an email asking to remove those page. I would recommend a soft approach instead of hardcore. Polite and negotiable 2. Do keyword research and see which keywords those page currently ranked. Then try to outrank them by done a lot of seo efforts. It would take much time than you ever expected. 3. Contact their hosting company and complain about the issue. However, if they have a proven evidence and witness then it will not work 4. If you are living the same country. Go get documents from local police station and use it to force them to remove, or force the hosting company they are using to force them again. However, you have to be sure that you are not a coward. If they have proven evidence or witness you would got sued instead. 5. Find some lawyers and let them do their job. I doubt if it's worth enough. Lawyers do always collect a very high fee for hourly consultants. You may consider doing this if your company is big and the sue is worth enough. If I were you, I would follow #1 instead of other ways. Most of negative in public have some proven evidence or witness before posted. Most of them has been done with cautions already. If you send email them with polite approach trying to negotiate with them it would better anyway.
agreed to 'sxperm' suggestions. i'll go for no.1, negotiate. but if they are intentionally provide false information about your business, contact their hosting provider. that's it. you cannot remove them from SERP, but you can always try to outrank them
for any of above suggestion the most important would be that YOU need to have ABSOLUTE PROOF beyond any doubt that all complaints r negative reports are completely wrong basically it is part of free web to allow FREEDOM of press, freedom to express opinions, etc - that is part of consumer protection and a mandatory part of our free society if even only a tiny part of those negative reports are true or ONE single customer can prove that something went totally wrong doing business with you, then you loose all cases just be better and perfect in all you do and live with such negative comments there might be far more than you love to know about there are bunches of ppl who have nothing else to do than write gossip and nonsense just to damage others life or reputation ... collect POSITIVE customers opinions and publish them - that gives readers BOTH sides to view and think about to have negative press is just the automatic shadow side of being successful the strong one just focuses on even better service and better performance the weak ones starts legal battle and loses focus on his own goal in life and business
It's called negative profile. So you need to build positive links to your site. The techniques are called search engine reputation management in which you will create profiles for your company and optimized those keywords that bring negative comments about your company. Your goal is to push down the site that publish negative comment about your company.
You can email the website owner and ask them to kindly remove any bad remarks about your website (unless they are true?). If that doesn't work than you can't really do anything.
To remove content including a snippet, title, page content, or an entire URL or site from search results, the site owner-whether it's you or somebody else-has a few options. The site owner can remove the concerning information from the page, take the page down from the web entirely, or indicate that Google shouldn't crawl or index the page. There are varying requirements depending on the type of content you want to remove
