    Hey Robert, sorry to interfere on your thread but I highly recommend you edit your post. I don't believe that social bookmarking services or blog comments services are allowed on Digital Point. Directory submission is still acceptable but you will probably be banned if you don't edit your post. The rules have changed, check back and you will see them.

    yes probably, but I really ask myself what is left that is still allowed? DP bans people for posting in the wrong section, disallows SB submissions, linkwheels, blog comments... what is left? I see a big problem for DP in the future, people are going away to other alternative forums. Is it this what the mods want? Well, maybe thats another topic and maybe I will again get an infraction for posting in the "wrong section"

    I actually think that they're doing a very positive thing here. How can you not? Blog comments were a bit of a surprise, I mean... blog comment services are still good ways to build backlinks. However, I haven't been around very long but it seems they are just trying to clean things up.

    I actually think that they should make "featured" sections for some of the forums in the "Buy and Sell" section where you can pay to have your post at the top for like 5 days or something and then it jumps down to the regular posts once the 5 days is up. Would need to cost a considerable amount of money so that not very many pay for it though.
