    When I click on Fiscal Information I saw this : Google does not require tax information to this AdSense account. AdSense publishers are responsible for compliance with local tax laws, as required by local governments publishers. What it mean ?
    Excuse me but I don't speak english very well.

    Mean that they not paying any tax for you. If you country require you to pay tax, then you gotta pay it yourself

    It means, if you US account, pay tax, if you are not, pay your local government, because you need cash your cheque, local revenue will know.

    if.... if you can get money in anyway that local revenue not know. Then, you can pocket your tax

    it means exactly as it says. google doesn;t take out taxes from your adsense earnings, you pay the tax in accordance with the tax law in the country you live in.
