Whether you train for a sport or just to keep fit i train most days anyone else serious about training ?
I love keeping fit and healthy, I run 5k every other day and also hit the gym for 2 hours 3 times a week which includes a swim. As summers fast approaching I expect a lot more football to be played!
I don't really "train", but I love doing P90X, it keeps me tight and I've lost a lot of weight doing it and cutting minimal calories!
obviously its very important to be fit. and i m going to marry next year. So if u want to live long with gr8 health. You should do some workout for health in routine. RegardS !
I've heard about this. Does it kick ass? __________________________________ I don't really train but I do work out everyday (every other day minimum). I'm online quite a bit but I take many breaks to stretch, lift some weights, meditate, walk downtown for happy hour, etc. It's only about 15-30 minutes at a time but it keeps my head clear when I'm in a cluster f***.
well, everything's fine for me, but marrying? I'm not planning yet... I'm kinda searching a guy with such strength like SAMSON!!! yeah!!!!

I'm very into fitness. Do weight training at least 3 times per week and play basketball or soccer at least 3-6 times a week. I've heard some interesting things about that P90X program, both good and bad!
