    If you are planning to go for Paid theme. I would like to suggest you thesis. Thesis is having some internal engine which boost SEO things and give you good result.

    why are you looking for themes that are SEO friendly?
    if in my opinion, you should learn how to create a theme to be SEO friendly, so you do not need the based to sort and select the theme, because you can change it yourself.
