I have 18 sites and I need traffic for each one of them.

I need 100.000 unique and adsense safe visitors per month.

This job is not only for 1 time if not for a long period (nearly a year).

I must have my won site at least around 10,000. I mean if I am sending such visitors to other's sites so where does my own site stand.
