he wants flat rate prepay not cpm? if it's a prepay, how many total estimate impressions do you think you can serve? It also depends on the location of the ad unit. If it's above the fold, price you're obviously gonna want to charge more. Just to give you a scale, I used to have a long running media buy where we paid $16,000 for an est. 200 million monthly impressions. That recs out to about a .08 CPM. Not sure what your overall monthly imps are but definitely take into consideration the location of the ad unit you are selling. hope that helped a little..
