    I was checking my site in google but it only shows a few pages, than it shows my digg submissions and other sites with my site name in them.

    How do I find out how many url's google has indexed in my site!

    Whatever Google shows on index:domain.com command and in Webmaster Tool, that's all we have, Google just limit showing them..

    Respectfully I think the correct command is site:domain.com not index:domain.com. As WishBone already said you can also view indexed page through Google Webmaster Tools. I would recommend you refer to number in GWT instead of number showing in site: command.

    yeah you could see all the pages that has been index on your google webmaster tools. You could also submit your sitemap there

    You can just use the firefox addon - seoquake, it shows the total number of pages being indexed
    However, if you want to check the indexed link individually, then search with Site:URL
