    A good blog and good ad placement. The thing I like the most is that you have allowed only some content to be displayed at a time i.e. only 1 post. This way the user is forced to click on the ads. It is a very good idea. Also, you have added link ads on top. Though, those ads pay quite less but still you can expect some earnings.
