    A few thoughts,

    Could you tell us who the buyer of the site was so we can protect ourselves??

    Blackmail & Extortion are Federal Crimes here in the US so report it...who knows what dirtball is behind this or the ultimate crime that may come...Denial of Service Attacks etc.

    When selling a website do not give others access.

    Dont give server access to those who do not have some reputation here at DP.

    Do a fullsite backup to send to the buyer

    Use a file hosting service if the tarballs are to large to email.

    Well the guy is from Pakistan i've got his ip emailed his isp aswell and gonna take a Serious Legal action against him seriousely if i get his adress i gotta kill this guy

    I would suggest you start changing passwords to all account you still have access to.

    first of all what on the earth made you to keep the passes on server. Mail google properly with most of the details including your and the hackers IP, e-mail etc and wait for their responses.
    Their support mail is I guess

    Well, I did password protected it and server was secure backups were regular he deleted backups also since you can get backups info in whm also(I am using cPanel/WHM)
    and bassically you guys are right there are alot of scammers in Pakistan i myself is a Pakistani but to be honest mostly pakistanis wana rip others :( Thanks god i am not that type of Paki

    In fact scammers is all over the world and a scammer means "Some one who can't get money like we do" so he give up and start riping off people, don't worry this is not the end of the world, where is your programming spirit, do you know that I deleted one of my biggest websites 3 times so I can start all over again and build something better ....
