Wow! Bad enough people are auto posting other peoples articles, now we are just auto publishing entire website concepts?

Are you saying, that you want a wallpaper website, yet you are looking for a plug in that will import all of the content for you...Images and all, and take the information from another website which whom you have no association with?

And this should work without you having to do anything, or contribute anything?

And you don't intend on actually having or making any wallpapers of your own.

Is that what you are saying?

Would you like this plug in to register a domain, install wordpress and all the neccessary plug ins and theme, do SEO, and set up your adsense and affiliate accounts for you too?

If such a plug in does exist, what's the point?

mmmm. See things are just not that clean cut for the ethics to work in the favor of your argument. Not everyone who publishes online is out to make a dollar, and not everyone who is -- is jealous of their content. Most likely the website he is talking about uses automated or semi-automated tactics to pull the wallpapers from other places. Much of the internet has always worked like this -- a discovery and repackaging of information. And we are finally to a point where the tools available are able to do amazing things where this is concerned.

I understand your sentiment though, which is basically to yell at lazies(a incredibly large number) who believe in pipe dreams through automation and little work, but in this case the OP isn't one, or hasn't displayed himself to be. At the end of the day he might even repackage and present the content better than the original source, which probably in this case did with same thing by manually taking the material by hand, or even through some automation/programming tactic of his own. Art sites are like that.

OK point taken, but if all we are doing is looking for plug ins to make our entire website, then what really is the point of doing anything online.

Why choose this field to get involved in if you have no interest in doing any work. Why start a blog, if you don't want to blog?

I feel that if scraping websites is what you want to do, then learn how to do it yourself, don't ask the website owners that you plan to scrape how to rob them.

C'mon guys, why do you think so many people have removed their sig links? Because noobs are coming on the forum, asking how to do stuff like auto blog and then scanning the forum signatures for targets.

This is a one stop shop for content thieves and lazy noobs and you all are telling them how to do it to you.
Edit: (This post was longer and much better, but even I am tired of ranting about this)

There is no any plugin already available to meet your requirement, but you can create it your self. You have to use scrapper concept to fetch data from pre selected sites and post it on your blog. You can hire freelancer on RentAcoder to build plugin for your. That is only way i can think ....

Wow this forum has changed in the time I have been gone, when is it allowed to make comments like #3 ? All this guy did was ask for a plugin and WOW what a drama! As for the comments made about Articles - you need to remember that A LOT of people create articles and insert there own links in them as away to gain backlinks or should I dare say it make money. Article companies allow these articles to be posted on others sites as long as those links are intact and auto plugins such as WProbot pull these articles automatically and legally. There is nothing wrong with this practice and it is not stealing.
I for one would be interested in a plugin as has been mentioned , I think it sounds great and would be another great way of adding some more content to a community site for my members.

You really have been gone for awhile and this forum has changed a lot.

For a long time most of the posts around here weren't about troubleshooting, content ideas and creation, customization, plug ins and other Wordpress issues or ideas for discussion...it's all about "How do I set up a blog so that I don't have to do anything and get content from other websites."

And then I started noticing an increase in the amount of people scraping whole articles and copying all content from blogs that I had in my sig...which is why I don't put anything serious there anymore.

    So yes, things have changed.
