    May i build the link in site have low PR (about 2,3) but high rank in alexa ? Have it affect in the quality of link ?

    Depending on what type of website do you have...Building links by submitting articles is a great way for bloggers to get traffic and quality links...Forum posting is good for promoting image hosting services, arcade sites etc...
