    i'm agree with both of you..if you want to check the competitor visitor you can try spyfu...but if you want to check your own site..analytic is still the best free tool for me

    Google tracking code will give you the whole information about your site with traffic, traffic source, bounce rate, page views and all. You can use google analtics(tracking code) by sign up following url- "http://www.google.com/analytics/ " .
