yes , i am very precatious about multivitamine/ supplymentry food , because its necessary part of our food , generally milk contains 95 % vitamins but for other things we should take fruits etc.
I take a multivitamin everyday. Alot faster than cutting up fresh fruit and you get more/better nutrition.
I take multivitamins. It is really important for me to feel good always especially when I just only sleep 3 to 5 hours everyday. I need strength and protection.
