    I have been trying for months to even apply for the yahoo publishers network but the link to apply never worked. Is anyone aboe to apply or what is the steps to make to apply?

    YPN is closing on April 30. You can no longer apply. You can no longer earn money from them. After 5 years, it is all over.

    They are sending all their old publishers to Chitika. Chitika pays the same, about 5 cents a click. Chitika CTR is about 4%, or roughly about 6 times as high as YPN was at 0.7%. I should have switched long ago.

    I also believe you can move to myhostingaffiliates.com to get $40-60 depending on who you refer.
