How can I time how long someone is on a webpage?

    I want to know how long people stay on a webpage. I have no clue where to start. Please help!

    Google Analytics shows stats such as average time on page, bounce rate, entrance and exit info. That should do for most uses.

    yea. analytics will be of help in knowing the time spent on your site. There are many more stuff avlb in analytics which can help improve your site.

    almost every host offers free analytics, check out and I'm pretty sure you'll find some

    Definetely go with google analytics. They also got alot more statistics that you will find usefull.

    Thank you all for your ideas. I am looking for a freind, he wants to bge able to show it to the users (so have it in a database if possible). Is there any free way to do that?
