    Alright so here's the deal, this is pretty much impossible to pull off and have it work 100% of the time and it will not work at all on shared hosting. you would need to supply ftp credentials to the plugin for the site you wish to upload the zipped date to. upon uploading you would then need to provide a script with ssh credentials ( you could also supply these in the beginning as well ) so that the plugin can log into the remote server and perform some actions such as unzipping the data and extracting it to a specified location. after that you would need to know the root password for the mysql server in order to have the plugin create a database and a user account on the remote server before importing the database.

    while it isn't impossible to do so long as specific requirements are met, it would probably make more sense to just take the 5 minutes and install it manually.
