    You may create kind of WP script (this is the best choice) or you can create a blog with PHP tutorials.

    I bought the domain name recently, I'm expecting the transfer to end in the next couple of days, so I have no idea how much traffic the domain receives.

    If the domain is not developed, I'd agree with the above posters, mid $XX. Of course, there's always someone who might have a good idea on how to use it, and in that case, you may be able to fetch anywhere from low to mid $XXX from them. Of course, if you plan on developing the domain, I think you could make a decent amount just from ads. Of course, if it has decent content and good traffic, then it will have a lot more value.
