Trying to Avoid Plagiarism

    Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on an eBook that has no competition at the moment in the health/food niche.

I've been doing my research online. Basically, my eBook gathers a lot of great, general information. I take that information and I create original content of mine so I can put it in my eBook.
But, my problem is, how can I avoid plagiarism?

I put an original article I wrote through a scanner (I used http://searchenginereports.net/articlecheck.aspx). I can't tell you how many results I got that implied that I had plagiarized my original content.

I really want to avoid this route because when my eBook is put out, I don't want to be attacked or sued.

    What's your advice?

    Thank you!

I've found that if you've done your original research and taken the time to properly write the content that this would not be an issue.
