How about this? Quality backlinks: Always try to get backlinks from PR4 domains or higher only.?

Why? What's wrong with backlinks with below PR 4? Can that hurt your rankings? What do you think?

 

I almost use all the techinique said on yoru article but no. 8 I do not try yet becouse it;s bit expensive way and it;s very complecated to get back link form .edu and .gov but the techinique is well described

I agree with you. Every links has their weight. Backlinks that have PR < 4 also give us some small PR, of course, it's not big as it is given by websites with high PR. We should build any link we can, and emphasize on high PR websites

Hey. Thanks for that. Answer about .edu and .gov websites - look for sites that allow blog comments. Not that hard to find. Make sure they are "dofollow"
