    It has seen that many of the folks are using some kind of ftp plugins and cracked softwares. In my opinion we should always avoid them because they are always vulnerable to various attacks and also can eavesdrop by third party.

    Like most here is use FileZilla, works best for me, only time i use FTP is when transferring a lot of files, for the most part i can work out of cPanel pretty well.
