    Bollywood one loads very fast. The top image looks over optimized IMO though. I cant judge your SEO... I guess that depends in part on how your traffic is doing. As far as ad placement, Im not the person to ask about that either lol.

    I think the font in your banner looks unprofessional.
    Consider switching that up.
    otherwise the site loads fast and is clean
