    You should use it :) It's recommended by many famous bloggers, and is used by Mashable, SmashingMagazines, ... I've switched from WP Super Cache to W3 Total Cache and feel good with it.

    Though I use some other Plugins for some work the article is very good one for newbie. I use custom permalink /%post_id%/%postname%/ I think this is much better.

    Nice post, man. Very useful, both for beginners and experienced wordpress users - acting like a good check list so you don't forget anything. A good plugin for tracking individual post performance is the WP-Stats - displays the stats app used by wordpress.com. Like Akishmet, this too needs your API Key.
