Site Sandboxed then Back on, week later Sandboxed again. Any ideas?

Hi all,

Two of my sites got Sandboxed same time last month, they came back 2 weeks later. Since yesterday both of them have sandboxed again. I used to rank in top 5 for certain keywords, now they are nowhere to be found. They both have no connection what so ever, no link exchanges between.

Is this means it's got Sandboxed? Or something called Google dance? Is it Something temporary?

Regarding both sites: regularly updated with unique contents, well Aged, regular BackLinks from same niche, PR4, Not banned by Google as they are showing when you do Site: and info: search...

I Appreciate any thoughts and advice on how to avoid this and what’s actually happening.

it's happen to me a lot , but you should keep working on and should wait for some time and you will find your result again.

How long did you had to wait for the site to come back?

 

Are you building links or changing the site otherwise? If so, this is a common by-product of such activity. The shifting around is referred to as the Google Dance and should not be a concern, 9/10 times your site will return to it's highest position within a matter of time. Keep doing what you're doing and be patient, it will pay off.

 

i wait for a month and my site come back , you should also check your web master tool settings .

I think pinging your site is good that it will not get sandboxed many times

 

Thanks for the hint, How would I do that?

Whenever I create a page on the site it get indexed straight away, within less then a minute. Is that something you ment?

 

Wait Wait And Wait.......!!!!It happened wid me also but i am still waiting!!!

 

I guess its a google dance in the keyword search rankings. Just have patience and hold on for couple of weeks more and the site will rank back to its position as it was earlier.
