Just an FYI the webpage load time is really slow on my end on DSL. Also, the image on the top right with the mountains almost looks like it is cut off at the bottom. Hope this helps you out.

i suggest you to use related picture with your products. if you have cut off picture in right bottom side, it's good if you snap it to top of your right side menu bar.

 

Speeding up the site is a big must!

The design is simple but professional - I like it!

Ideally, you should have a favicon (makes the site look more professional)

Though the folks here at DP get that DB administration has nothing to do with hosting, to the layperson, it's all just IT. When the website doesn't load properly, they're likely to figure that you're not serious enough that you would ensure your own site is functioning properly and would probably leave.

 

If you make the mountain bigger and have it set on the gray in your navigation it will look better. You need to reduce the file size on the picture of people. Try using Smushit from Firefox.
