    I need to verify my US Paypal for personal account but I don't have a bank account or CC. I am in the USA, but the bank account and credit card are already being used by others in the family. I have over $130 in my account that I can't spend or transfer.

    One can very well spend/transfer his funds even with an unverified Paypal account... unless of course, you have reached your spending limit or Paypal has limited your account. If that is the case... I guess there is no other alternative then have your own bank account or CC for verification.

    That is correct, I was going to tell you, get your parents to cosign on a bank account for you. Sounds like you are underage. Underage people need an of age person to sign on the account with them. If your parents won't do it, and you are trying to buy from a site that requires you to be verified then you are SoL buddy.

    Since when is there such a thing, there is a prepaid visa but paypal will not verify you through that.

    You can simply verify it using virtual US bank account, I verified mine using one and so far so good

    just get your family member to sort this out
    as it will be much quicker, simpler and safer.
    or just open your own account seeing as your a us resident
    already so the hard is already done!

    You can spend funds online in investing some goods/services, or exchange with trusted ppl. But unverified account mean u r in danger. For US paypal u must have bank account ( virtual or actual ) and credit card for withdrawing.
