$75 Logo Contest ~ 5 days

OK folks we have lots of good stuff here and I will put up some feedback in a couple of hours.

In the meantime I would appreciate it if you would watch these videos. This might help you get a better perception of what I do.

Now remember I do not want any carpet wands as part of my logo. This might help you get a better perception of what I do.

Thanks everyone for putting there work up so far. I would encourage any and all of you to look at these as they are my preferences thus far.

The one with the flower


I would appreciate it if you would overlay your concepts on the van side picture. If you are using something that flows through the lines on the side of the van cab door and fender that would be good. The window on the door can be covered with vinyl as part of the wrap.



A common thing I think might be obvious is I like vivid colors. The use of colors other than black is appealing to me. But if the text letters are too light a color then they won't be easy to read on a van or even maybe on a website. So if there is anything about your submission that you think would work good with this then great.

If it helps you any I am very attracted to the cosmetics of this website. The black background is really classy and shows up the pictures well. Forget about all teh content on this site as it is too much and too busy but like I say I like the look.

I dint get comments for my design

 

I very much like the vividness of those carpet colors however in spite of this the carpet in different layers on top of each other makes me look like a carpet installer which I am not. I am a carpet cleaner. To me it's seems to be missing something graphically significant to my business with the carpet layers. Please try something that more symbolizes my cleaning of carpet upholstery and stone flooring or something that looks like its going from dirty to clean.

I don't care for the black lettering of Expert Carpet Care and and would prefer the lettering to be a different color but very visible. I would prefer a font that has a smoother less space age like look to it. I don't care for fonts that are "cartoony" or too quaint either.

Thanks and don't let me discourage you or anyone else from putting additional ideas forward.

Did you notice the word Expert got hard to read against a white background on the truck. Maybe you could do something with that. Thanks!
