Selling Established Niche Site with traffic and backlinks

I'm selling my 7 month old site that is in the acne niche.

The site has over 40 pages of content written by me. The site has pages filled with images related to the content. There are also videos that promote affiliate products. It is not a wordpress blog site, it is a custom made site with its own design to match the content and niche. The site has been monetized with affiliate links and adsense. The gets traffic from around 100-300 unique visitors a month. I have done little promotion for the site over the last few months.

I want to sell it on other sites for a higher price around $500, but I am feeling generous and selling it here for the great price of $50.

The buyer will recieve:

Domain name
Transfer of the site in zip files of the entire site
Support from me on setting up adsense and other

I'm selling this site because that is what i do. I'm really great at finding niches and building sites, but i just dont have time for marketing them. And this is great niche that has been researched to provide the best extra money source.

 

Please advise how much revenue and traffic are you generating per month.

 

Traffic is 300 unique views per month and not much revenue. I only made $17 so far.

 

Is the earning this month alone? Or is it $17 since the creation of the website?
