    There are a vast number of sports that can affect the body in a healthy, supportive manner, I think! A couple that come to mind are swimming, soccer, tri-atholons, and wrestling. I say this because the amount of conditioning required for these sports is incredible. When one trains for these they put the body in amazingly great shape. However, there are so many different sports that can the same, I just can't list them all off the top of my mind. Thanks for the post! Have a good one.

    I like to swim and run a cross (especially when it's raining) and now I'm with all my mind towards Capoeira, every muscle of my body is hurting for a few weeks, but it's worth :)
