Buying Database Work - Data-Entry or Php

Hi,
I have the same database in PDF or DOC format. The file contains about 5300 articles (one title in bold and a few lines of normal text for every article).
I need to import every article in my wordpress website ( every post will have the bold title as post title and the lines of text as post content).
Is it possible to import the entire database using PHP or manually?
