    made a withdrawal ion 9th of april friday late night
    payment shows completed on paypal on Saturday
    money not in bank yest guess saturday and sunday came in between
    paypal states money will be in account by the 16th
    It usually used to tajke 3 days maximum working days tht is so even if it takes 4-5 it shud be in by thursday
    though i have a feeling it will come in by tomorrow or day after.
    one thing of concern is the stament on HDFc site tht says tht 30% will be deddcuted from amounts if pan cards and some other docs are not submitted. hope thts not the case. as i had already given paypal the pan card num and also hdfc has the pan number.

    most of these pending issues are coming to people who have yet not submitted their pan cards tp paypal. but then there might be other cases where some one has deposited but still dosnt have the money yet

    I've submitted my PAN card but it is still "Pending" for me since April 9th.

    It's not a PAN card issue. It's a typical Paypal screw-up with Indian money that's been happening since the beginning of this year.

    Thats nt the case my friend I have submitted my PAN card details and I made a withdrawl on 7th and till monday evng status is pending and also no money in bank.. I also made a withdrawl on 10th I guess and its status got completed....

    i understand bro thts why i said " but then there might be other cases where some one has deposited but still dosnt have the money yet " i was just saying tht most of the cases are for people who have not deposited pan card numbers and are taking short cuts. but then again as i said there are other cases too.

    any serious business owner will submit PAN card at first instant.
    Its rather a second thing that paypal did not accepted some PAN cards and did not tell people which PAN card number they have to enter.
    we have a business account so was not sure which PAN (Company Or personal) need to enter

    Definatly RBI has caused this mess but paypal is equilly at Fault by not telling people what is happening.
    They are treating paypal Indian users as TESTING Ground.

    Paypal is working fine for me still now. I didnt even had any issue while adding my PAN card. My last withdrawal was on 10th and it was deposited on 12th in my bank account.
