    I am sorry to say you need a lot more work now a day to make a professional adsense website.
    I think you should try surf some of the different pages and see how other people have their ads on their site and what content they promote.

    Content is king and the more content you got the more relevant the ads will be.
    Make sure your website looks clean and professional and make the ads appear like a part of the articles you write.

    Also I think the color on the ad link title looks really bad like screaming in my eyes but not in a good way.
    Normally I would stick with blue = link color

    Yeah brilliant. All I see is a crap template and a page full of ads. You say we must review "all" pages, I don't see anymore pages - not even a link to a homepage.

    If I am honest you have posted this to get people to click your adsense ads, why else would you say click "all" pages?

    I think you should select better theme then the current one for your site. Content is not looking well to adjust little bit more attractive

    From my point of view : Honestly, you still need to work the design and layout. The content is good enough as it be for now. The only thing lack is layout which for me it look too plain and less interactive.
