    Site is newly established (few months ago), based on WordPress custom made theme and unique content (currently about 16 articles published).
    Initialy I was planning to develope it and earn money on autopilot with AdSense, but due to my other internet venture I can not afford to split my attention to both sites.
    I have not done link building, paid ads etc., just keep adding 1 article a week. Artilces are created by profesional ghost writter who charges USD 2 for article (re-writting).
    Assume very little or now traffic at this point.
    I have invested about USD 150 in design, coding of theme and content. I am looking to get back at least the biggest part of my investement by selling it to someone who could invest more time and skills to make the site profitable.
    Domain registar is GoDaddy
