I am selling www. mpoglist .com

It is PR4, and has been online since Febuary.
The site has been expanding ever since, you can see monthly stats here:
    http://www.mpoglist.com/year.jpg

Here are stats for august and september:
    http://www.mpoglist.com/aug.jpg
    http://www.mpoglist.com/sept.jpg

I get some traffic from Google and Yahoo, but most of it is from the games listed on the site. I havnt really advertised the website, so you could probably get more games signed up if you tried.

    Revenue
I have tried using Adsense on the site, and the best I could get it was about $1/day. CTR was very low. I am trying adbrite now, as you can see, but nothing so far.

I think if someone used YPN it would work a lot better, as the payouts are higher.

You could also try affiliates or donations, I havnt tried these.

So really, revenue is not very high, just the traffic.

The traffic is massive, alexa rank is 90,000 last time I checked, and it has been expanding ever since I started the website. If you have a gaming site, you could drive a ton of traffic to it, it could be very good advertising. Also, if you can think of a good way to monetise 4000 visitors a day, then it is also a good investment, I could not really.

    Price

    Starting bid: $500
    BIN: $2000

End of auction: Monday 7PM GMT

According to the thread on sitepoint he sold this site and was screwed over by the person that bought it (he claims they used a hacked paypal account). So he lost the site and didn't get any money.

It is possible to get the domain back by complaining to the Registrar, this has been done before. Unfortunately this just re-emphasizes that PayPal is not a particularly safe method for buying or selling sites, as my recent experience showed.

If my hunch is correct, the fraudster will use that domain to put up Trojans that will phlish more PayPal usernames and passwords.

THEREFORE DO NOT VISIT THAT SITE

Yeah, Paypal does not give any protection for services rendered... or any non tangible good. Only deliverance of physical goods... they are cheap. Its better to use a credit card that has some kind of product warranty they offer with their cards (which mine has)... but I'm not sure of a safe way except an escrow service to transfer domains... or any services for that matter.

Interested, but the others have me a bit skeptical as to who really owns the site.

Do you have any proof that you own the site other than your word?

OK, site is still for sale, you can bid here.
If you look on the site, I have added a line of text on the index page saying the site is for sale in this thread. I think that proves that this is my website.

Also, I will only accept payment via escrow.com from now on.
