Buying Someone who can make my forum grow fast - must be a Seattle resident

    I am starting off a Seattle M's forum and I need someone who can help make ths puppy grow. I'm looking to get some unique visitors (even if its just 20 a day) to visit the forum and help participate in discussion and gameday threads. I am open to pricing but I REQUIRE the person who helps me with this know the topic (baseball) and either be a Seattle resident who knows the Mariners team well or follow them from another location.

    Send me your offers via PM please. Your job is to find users and help it grow, not needing to post much yourself.

    Thanks but I want to make it clear. I am looking for someone to promote the website and GET me users, not necessarily very active themselves.
