Just because it takes them a week doesn't mean they scam you. It means they're either hurting for money or they're slow.

Give it double period that they promised. Means 14 days max and then you can comp reasonably.
I know how hard a webmaster for a huge community to pay out to thousands of their members. It takes time.

its 7 working days and that meens you have to wait 9 - 10 normal days

Looks like they are not scammers. I have observed their site carefully. I check their forum. Many users saying that they got paid. Even though, before 15 minutes, i checked that a person posting payment proof in the thread.

I think they will not scam you. Send a Support Mail to them. If they do not pay you still, post in their forum,and see at the bottom of the site, they are saying that they are registered company.

So, friend. Why cant you wait for few day, or send a request in the forum.
