paypal India - Here is Next Problem - Now you can not pay outside

I added rental balance in one of the Top PTC and it worked. it may be from effect xx.xx.xxxx (date)

 

Ya even my a/c is Gmail and i havnt recd this mail , plz some confirm it from paypal whether these rules r really implemented or some1 is trying to fool us

Yeah i think its a phising email , i got it for one account but not the second one , so maybe its not really true.

I confirm! received $1k yesterday from one of my Indian client.
So its still working, But dont know how long it will...

 

yes i am also able to send n receive for now but dont know how much time this will work, if its 30 days withdrawl thing i can live with it but no purchase from PP this sucks guys

 

I am still able to send money..
so I am trying to exchange from paypal to MB or LR..
but I think , even they will become like paypal one day

 

So, is it now confirmed that Indian have to withdraw their paypal account balance within 30 days??

the rules recieved from phishing are true or they are fake rules created by somebody And can we convert money from Paypal to Moneybookers?
How can we convert?
Can anyone guide me?

 

The directive appears to be only informative... as of now, since people are still able to pay from their paypal funds inspite of the denial in the directive.

By when Paypal would enforce the new directive... it is anybody's guess!

So if We are able to send the money and receive it , than its against wats is stated in the Email , so wat is paypal and RBI upto

 

I think paypal db is hacked.

 

I think its time to get us a Merchant Account, the best and reliable source to receive money.
But for applying a Merchant account we need a registered company and a current account.

I am planning to shift from paypal to merchant account.
If any of you are using merchant accounts in Hyderabad, do suggest me which one to go for.

Thats pure nonsense. Paypal DB is not a small local bank db to be hacked that easily. Don't say anything, either here or any other forum without proof, which will cause unnecessary tension and cause flares to rise up against you. It's a request.

 

One more thing, what about the money which is lying already in our accounts? Do we need to transfer all that money immediately after this rule has been implemented. What if we have received the money about 3 months ago. If we need to transfer every penny after this rule has been implemented , then it might be still ok (frustratingly), but if not, then it's difficult to predict, what about the money in our accounts. Guess Paypal is planning to tighten the noose around our neck every month. Be on the lookout for more enhancements every month and then one day, they will say, that we need to invite them for dinner for us to have an account with them
