Selling PR4 General Topic Blog - 40k Visits, 100k Pageviews/ month

Hi, i have decided to sell my long running blog for good. It is a little playground of a mine since last year but now i have no time to play with it anymore. This is because i working my way up in the college now making my playing time limited. I also have other interests that i want to pursue in my life.

The blog
Like most bloggers, i started the blog as a personal type blog. Afterwards, i have make it general trend driven blog due to my frustration on the traffic statistics in my blog those days. It has done wonders.

The traffic
Most of my visitors are from search engine which makes it a new visits. Now, i don't know which statistics service to trust to but i think I'll put my bet on GA for Unique visitors and pageviews although i do put Wassup stat here. Note that i put a wassup stat with Spams and Spiders counted and non counted with.





The Revenue
I am making money from this blog by blog posts, link sales. I have calculated from 22nd August 2009 until now i am making 1363.30 USD which is approximately averaging 5.80 dollars per day. I am not really focusing making money from it on consistent basis, when i need some money (and got some free time) i find advertisers at this forum and sitepoint.

Also, i forgot to point out is that the new owner agreed to keep the links on the blog until it is expired upon the purchase. Currently, there is one link that is recurring which i will change it to the new owner's email address. Here i show the links and it's expiry date;

They are only indexed. I doubt that these articles were posted recently.
