Every-time in 30 days we withdrawn funds to our bank it cuts forex fees, and besides that why should i pay through cc if i can pay by paypal to freelancers, it is still our loss as we pay to govt. and banks fees for transactions and interest on CC so is it a good move it is thing to panic my friend, dont you think, we are paying charges which we should not be paying for..

fight with ??? paypal or indian goverment ??

    what you will do ??

a new case in high court or supreme cout

    http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/2385-nearly-30-million-cases-pending-courts.html

RBI want you to pay taxes on ur income. If you are earning $1000 per month and paying hosting etc bills from paypal then ur net income will be $500 ($500 hosting bills). Now you are withdrawling only $500 in indian bank account and you are paying taxes on $500. So RBI wants you to pay taxes on $1000.

I am sure in the few years you seen more devlopment in india becuase now they will earn more money from taxes..

when is this coming into effect ?

I just bought a domain and a hosting account it went through smoothly ? am I missing something ? I think only the funds that are marked as services and goods cannot be used for buying things online

I have withdrawn more than 12 times in a single week. :/

And IMO Getting a CC is a good idea IMO, just open a FD and take a CC against it without any paperwork. You pay by CC and pay the bank back after 50 days without any interest, how does that sound? :)

Which bank are you talking about? (I have heard that CCs come with loads of hidden fees.)

It's all crap, some people just have creditcardphobia! all CC's have a 50 day interest free period, some have more. Try Axis or ICICI.

Absolutely! You just need to make sure that you don't exceed your 45 or 50 days interest free period.

so, what about the money that we earned months or years back, do we have to withdraw everything that we have in the next 30 days of time?
